Laxmi Yantra Painting Workshop
December 22, 2024 | 9 AM to 5 PM |
Harbin Hot Springs, Middletown CA
Overview
Join me for a full-day Laxmi Yantra Drawing & Painting Workshop at the tranquil Harbin Hot Springs. Held in a cozy yurt beside a gently flowing creek, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the ancient, meditative art of yantra painting, enhancing both artistic skills and spiritual connection. Together, we will focus on the Laxmi Yantra, a powerful geometric symbol representing Goddess Laxmi, revered as the embodiment of abundance, prosperity, and well-being.
Our day begins with a simple grounding Asana and Pranayama practice to center the mind and body, followed by chanting the Laxmi Mantra to set our intentions. In the morning session, we will concentrate on drawing the Laxmi Yantra with attention to geometric precision. Afterwardss, we will take a break to relax in the rejuvenating waters of Harbin Hot Springs and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, we will dive into Yantra painting with specific colors that resonate with Laxmi's energy. With each stroke, you will feel the calming, meditative effects of this ancient practice, nurturing mindfulness and inner harmony.
This workshop is open to all and no prior experience is needed. You will receive all the tools and step-by-step instruction needed to complete your yantra that you will take with you as a meaningful keepsake and a sacred addition to your space.
